Quick Connect
Quick Connect links use an opaque invitation token. The website does not show family details from that token. Install the correct Famd app first, then reopen the QR link to continue. If you are testing Famd Stage, use the staging build and its stage.famd.app link.
Privacy and deletion
Email privacy@famd.app for privacy questions or to request account deletion when you cannot access the app.
Child safety
For Google Play or law-enforcement questions about Famd’s child-safety practices, email security@famd.app.
Before you write
Please do not send passwords, authentication tokens, government identification, or sensitive information by email unless Famd specifically requests an appropriate verification method.
