Child Safety Standards
Famd is an adults-only family connection app operated by Made by Peel LLC. Children cannot create accounts or use Famd independently. Adults may create family profiles and communicate with other adults, but child safety remains a core responsibility of the service.
Prohibited conduct
Famd strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of children, trafficking, sextortion, or any attempt to use Famd to harm, exploit, or endanger a child.
Users may not upload, request, share, promote, or distribute sexual or exploitative content involving a child. Users may not use Famd to contact, befriend, manipulate, or arrange contact with a child for sexual or exploitative purposes.
Reporting
Users can report concerning profiles, messages, or behavior using the in-app report and block controls. Reports may also be sent to security@famd.app.
When a report involves suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, Famd may restrict accounts, remove content, preserve relevant information, cooperate with lawful investigations, and report to appropriate authorities where required by law.
